A man whose brain tumour shrank after he started taking cannabis has died at the age of 33. Young dad Philip James became a staunch advocate of cannabis oil, which contains banned Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), saying it shrank his tumour and staved off regular debilitating seizures allowing him to spend longer with his wife Nicola and their 15-month-old daughter, Phoebe.
